What You'll Be Doing
- Keep things flowing: Receive shipments, sort items, check quality, and get everything in the right place.
- Be the final touch: Pick, pack, and prepare orders so they're ready to roll out smoothly.
- Own the details: Use our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and keep records spot-on.
- Stay tidy & safe: Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace - we take pride in doing things right.
- Follow the playbook: Stick to SOPs for labeling, packing, and handling so every process runs like clockwork.
- Count on it: Support regular stock checks and cycle counts to keep everything accurate.
- Team player mode: Jump in on special projects, handle returns, or lend a hand to other teams when needed.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Minimum secondary school qualification, Nitec, or relevant diploma
- Experience: No experience No problem! We'll teach you what you need to know. Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a bonus.
- Physical Requirements: Comfortable with moderate lifting (up to 15 kg)
