Warehouse Assistant

Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom

Receive, unload, and shelve supplies in an orderly manner

Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labelling supplies

Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies report those to account for reimbursements and record-keeping

Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses (FIFO protocol to be applied

Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control

Assist the Driver in Loading, unloading for transportation

Proper Loading and unloading items to/from vehicles

Ad-hoc delivery whenever necessary during working hour

Issues related to vendors are not included in the 3-day resolution time frame.

The undertaking of preventive maintenance and adjustments of dental equipment settings will be carried out where necessary.

The malfunctioning dental equipment will be inspected, assessed and tested.

Standby repair servicing for Suction, Compressor and dental Handpieces will be conducted at HQ.

Attendance and successful completion of all company-provided training and upgrading courses is mandatory.

Attending training sessions for Mk-Dent handpieces, Duerr suction & compressor repair, and services is required.

The demonstration of correct operation, safety precautions and equipment care for dental equipment to ground staff (such as Doctors/DA/FD) must be done.

In cases where equipment breakdown occurs, you will be the first point of contact for the clinic with response time of not more than 1 hr.

Direct reports to the MD of all fault findings and recommendations for solutions must be made.

Ensuring and maintaining proper technical documentation of service reports is necessary.
