Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
- Receive, check, and store incoming parts, tools, and equipment
- Maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Conduct routine cycle counts and assist in audits.
Logistics Support
- Prepare and pack equipment for deployment to vessels and field operations.
- Coordinate with logistics teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Assist in loading/unloading shipments safely.
Equipment Handling
- Ensure proper storage of sensitive robotics components and marine gear.
- Follow handling protocols for heavy machinery and specialized tools.
- Support engineers and operators by providing required parts on time.
Safety & Compliance
- Adhere to workplace safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse facilities.
- Report hazards, damages, or discrepancies promptly.
Requirements:
- Min vocational certificate (logistics/warehouse operations preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.
- Experience in technical or industrial equipment handling is an advantage.
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
