WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT

Job Title: Warehouse Assistant (Picking & Packing)

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support our daily warehouse operations for baby and maternity products. This role involves order picking, packing, inventory handling, and ensuring all goods are prepared accurately and safely for delivery. The ideal candidate is physically fit, organized, and able to follow procedures closely.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately according to order lists

• Ensure products are handled carefully to maintain hygiene and quality standards, especially for baby items

• Label, seal, and prepare parcels for local delivery and courier collection

• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock

• Perform basic inventory checks and stock arrangement

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse

• Follow warehouse safety, hygiene, and SOP guidelines

• Support ad-hoc warehouse duties as required

Requirements

• No prior experience required training will be provided

• Able to read and follow packing lists and instructions

• Physically fit and able to carry cartons when required

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Punctual and reliable

Preferred (Advantageous but Not Mandatory)

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or picking & packing experience

• Familiarity with barcode scanners or inventory systems

• Experience handling e-commerce orders

Working Details

• Work location: Tuas, Singapore

• Working hours: 8.30AM - 5.30PM (Monday-Friday), OT 8.30AM - 3.30PM (Saturday)

• Employment type: Full-time
