Perm role
Location: Jln Kilang Barat
Salary: $3,200 + Variable Bonu
Standby Incentive: $100+/week
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm (Minimal OT)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end packing of surgical kits (8-10 trays per set)
- Pick and prepare medical equipment such as screws, rods, scissors, and implants
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of each kit
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the work area
- Participate in standby duty rotation (including nights/weekends/public holidays)
- Be highly responsive during standby periods (transport claims provided)
Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and good eyesight (some items are small and delicate)
- Physically able to handle trays weighing 1-2 kg each
- Comfortable working in a high-responsibility environment with tight accuracy standards
- Must be highly reliable and responsive while on standby
