Job Description:

. Planning warehouse space
. Planning manpower resources
. Planning for efficiency in the warehouse - Using technology and innovation
. Responsible for profit and loss
. Answer customer queries on day-to-day basis
. Attending KPI meeting with clients
. Planning training for the department
. Managing customer service officers
. Provide training for new employees
. Support Junior managers in Operations
. Hands On Approach
. Any other Duties assigned

Requirements:

. Minimum 5-8 Years Experience in 3PL Operations
. Experience in warehouse operations and space utilization planning
. Master in planning of warehouse operations
. Master in manpower allocation planning and training
. Knowledge of TAPA, GMP, GDP, Halal and other certifications
. Experience in risk assessment
. Knowledge of innovation and technology employment
