Warehouse Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• To oversee warehouse/store inventory management
• To provide administrative support for daily warehouse operations
• Preparation of documents such as Delivery Order, Packing List and other shipping documents
• To handle inbound and outbound inventory
• To work closely with the warehouse/logistics on delivery schedule to ensure timely delivery
• To update inventory listing periodically
• To perform on-site delivery of parts when there's an emergency
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum high school/post-secondary education
• At least three years of working experience in a warehouse environment
• Some work experience in heavy equipment or construction industry would be a plus
• A team-player and able to work well independently with minimal supervision
• Good literacy skills with software like Microsoft and/or Windows applications
• SAP B1 experience or operating similar ERP software experience is preferred
