WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods
• Coordinate freight movements for transport and courier delivery schedules
• Ensure proper handling of general cargo, fragile items, and time-sensitive shipments
• Monitor warehouse productivity and turnaround times to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
• Inventory & Documentation Supervise and guide warehouse supervisors, assistants, and forklift operator
• Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations, MOM guidelines, and company safety policies

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or freight operations
• Prior supervisory or team-lead experience preferred
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
