Warehouse Assistant

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

. Order Accuracy - Ensure high picking, packing, and outbound checking accuracy (for both deliveries and self-collection orders) to minimize errors and customer complaints.

. Timeliness - Complete receiving, storage, picking, checking, and dispatch tasks within the required timelines.

. Inventory Control - Handle stock properly, ensure correct rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and promptly report discrepancies.

. Outbound Checking - Verify and confirm all outbound goods against delivery orders/self-collection slips before release.

. Safety & Hygiene Compliance - Follow warehouse safety rules, food safety, and hygiene standards for frozen, chilled, and dry goods.

. Equipment Handling - Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, reach trucks) safely and responsibly.

. Housekeeping - Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas every day without fail.

To be successful, you will have:

. Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment.

. Entry level candidates are also welcome to apply as long as willing to learn.

. PC literate so as to use barcode handheld scanner to release goods.
