Warehouse Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

. Maintaining accurate records of inventory, conducting stock checks, and reconciling discrepancies.

. Receiving deliveries, inspecting for damage or discrepancies, and preparing goods for dispatch.

. Organizing storage spaces, stocking shelves, and ensuring goods are stored properly, including following FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.

. Maintaining accurate records of inventory, transactions, and returns.

. Ensuring a safe and clean working environment and adhering to safety regulations.

. Liaise with internal departments and external service providers

. Any other ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

. Able to work independently with minimum supervision

. Meticulous and good attention to details

. Candidates are required to load and unload sacks of rice of at least 25Kgs each
