Warehouse Assistant

Job Title: Warehouse Assistant (ID1772)
Location: Pasir Panjang Ferry Terminal
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Basic Salary: $2500-$3200
Benefit: AL 15 days, AWS, Variable Bonus. Spouse & Children medical claim $500 per year

Job Responsibilities:
. Manage inventory and stores, receive, inspect and verify incoming materials.
. Record all stock movements (receipts, issues, returns, write-offs) promptly and accurately in the CMMS and inventory system.
. Monitor spare parts and consumable stock level, and timely replenishment of materials spares.
. Assist in monthly stock count/cycle count of inventories and yearly audit check.
. Operates forklifts
. Provide basic technical support to Maintenance Team through basic maintenance and workshop activities.
. Keep stores, workshops and lay-down areas clean, organised and safe.
