Warehouse Assistant (Inbound/outbound/5 Day Works) LT82

OUTBOUND

• Pick goods accurately from specified locations

• Label, pack & place goods neatly in Outbound area

• Complete Pick & Pack for daily deliveries

• Ensure proper handover of goods & documents, to & from delivery contractor

• Submit completed documents to Customer Service team, after verification

INBOUND

• Acknowledge receipt of goods upon handover by freight forwarder/delivery contractor

• Check physical condition (ie. Quantity, condition) and segregate goods by lot/serial number

• Put-away received items into assigned locations within stipulated timeframe.

• Indicate goods receipt information clearly on document (ie. Packing List/Invoice), and submit to Customer Service team within stipulated timelines

• Dispose unwanted materials at assigned areas within the same workday

WAREHOUSE & INVENTORY

• Maintain the warehouse in a clean, neat & tidy condition at all times

• Housekeep locations to maximize storage capacity & to facilitate easy picking

• Segregate unsalable goods in Quarantine location

• Execute weekly cycle count according to scheduled plan
