Warehouse Assistant

Primary Objective(s) of Position

. Perform warehouse operations (Eg, loading, unloading, picking, packing, labelling, maintain and reporting of inventory records)

Duties & Responsibilities

. Receiving, checking, scanning, recording, organising and storing cargoes as it is received.

. Maintaining the warehouse and cargoes/goods storage at warehouse in an orderly manner

. Operate warehouse Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to move or store inventory when required

. Perform loading and unloading/stuffing & unstuffing with/without pallets of container

. Assist on mosquito abatement exercises

. To commit and comply to HPL Occupational Health & Safety Management System

. To commit and comply to HPL Quality Management System

. Fulfil any other tasks as and when assigned by the superior

Person Specifications

. Prepared to work overtime when required

. Possess at least secondary education

. Forklift License

. Physically fit & takes initiative

. Ability to multi-task and organize work systematically

. Ability to work under pressure in a fast changing and demanding environment
