Job Scope
- Handle customer orders, verify details, and ensure stock availability.
- Pick, pack, and label items accurately, following quality and packaging standards.
- Monitor stock levels, report discrepancies, and assist in stock counts.
- Process returns and exchanges, restock or dispose of items as required.
- Coordinate with the customer service team to resolve order issues and provide updates.
- Update order/inventory systems and prepare fulfilment reports.
- Ensure orders meet quality standards and comply with safety protocols.
- Suggest and support initiatives to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Requirement
- GCE O Level and above
- 1 - 3 years related experience in relevant position
- Possess Forklift License is an added advantage
