Warehouse Assistant / Food Wholesale Company / 5.5 Work Week

As the Warehouse Assistant, you are expected to perform the following key responsibilities:

. Receive, pick and pack items.
. Load and unload warehouse cargo and items.
. Monitor stock level and replenish inventory as needed
. Rearrange and organise stock location.
. Assist with inventory stock check.
. Perform proper housekeeping.
. Follow safety and health rules to ensure personal compliance.
. Report any safety or health incidents
. Perform other ad-hoc duties / project as assigned by Superior.

Requirement

. Capable of operating forklift/reach truck.
. Able to work in enviornment with extreme cold temperatures or under the hot sun.
. Capable of lifting heavy items weighing above 30kg
. Able to do basic warehouse maintenance and housekeeping
. Proficient in using basic computer ie. search for documents and online information.
. Possess strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships and communicate with others effectively.
. Proficient in fostering a positive and cooperative working environment.
. Capable of identifying easily recognisable problems and follow guidelines and procedures to solve the problems.
