Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations to maintain smooth workflow and timely processing
- Enter data accurately to support inventory tracking and operational reporting
- Order materials and consumables to maintain adequate warehouse stock levels
- Coordinate logistics and schedule deliveries to meet customer order requirements
- Conduct annual stock counts and report inventory levels for audit and planning
- Receive, transfer, inspect, and store incoming goods to ensure quality and accuracy
- Record and investigate internal customer feedback to implement corrective and preventive actions
- Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies and waste using initiative and problem-solving skills
- Verify inventory accuracy, ensure correct stock placement, and maintain proper warehouse documentation
- Maintain warehouse equipment in good working condition through regular checks and upkeep
- Ensure all warehouse operations comply with workplace safety standards and regulations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry
- Ability to work independently
- Possession of a Class 3 driving licence is an advantage
