Warehouse Assistant

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Singapore. As a vital member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for :

Key Responsibilities

. Assist mainly in E-commerce picking and packing to ensure the right items and quantity are picked according to the pick list.

. Work closely with E-commerce Team in daily operations and stage all completed orders for forwarder collection at assigned location.

. Ensure E-commerce returns in the shelves are cleared weekly without any backlog and provide the listing for stock transfer.

. Assist in checking retail customer returns and put back to assigned location.

. Checks inventory information and ensure stock accuracy and highlight any discrepancies found during picking.

. Support also in retail order picking as per assigned.

. Assist in warehouse and E-commerce stock take duties.

. Assist and support in container un-stuffing and checking when required.

. Assist in the loading and unloading activities when required.

. Meets established company standards and guidelines on a daily basis and work as a team.

. Ensure that all safety procedures and policies are followed.

. Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area and maintain house-keeping standards all time.

. Perform any other ad hoc duties as per assigned or needed.

Requirement

. Fit & healthy and willingness to learn and adapt to changes.

. Flexibility to work on Saturdays to support E-commerce operations in lieu of a weekday

. Willingness to perform overtime to support business needs when required.

. Some experience in operating forklift and warehouse MHE's, will be a plus, however it is not necessity.
