Location: 56 Loyang Way #05-01 Loyang Enterprise Building, 508775

Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon - Fri)

9am to 12.30pm (Alt Sat)

Responsibilities

• Permit Declaration: Perform permit declarations

• Operational Support: Assist the warehouse team with packing duties when required to ensure timely dispatch.

• Compliance: Ensure all shipments adhere to department standards and airline requirements.

• Documentation: Prepare and issue Master Air Waybills (MAWB)

• Handle packaging materials and consignments in accordance with company procedures

• Assist with warehouse operations, including sorting, labelling, and preparation of goods for shipment

• Follow instructions related to Dangerous Goods (DG) handling, where applicable (training will be provided)

• Perform any other duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Able to communicate and write simple English

• Able to handle manual work

• Responsible, safety-conscious and able to work independently

• Willing to learn Dangerous Goods (DG) procedures and comply with safety requirements
