- Position: Warehouse Assistant cum Driver (Inventory / Class 3)
- Location: Near Joo Koon MRT
- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm
- Salary (commensurate experience): Up to $3,500 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus + Medical
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Manufacturer of vacuum pumps, blowers and compressors - MNC
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain smooth workshop operations and ensure accountability of incoming and outgoing products.
- Perform timely verification and unpacking of incoming shipments.
- Ensure proper packing and labelling of outgoing deliveries and shipments.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support smooth order fulfilment.
- Assist in loading, unloading and securing goods for transportation.
- Ensure proper documentation of products issued for repair or field service.
- Assist with warehouse organization and housekeeping activities.
- Perform stock checks, cycle counts and support periodic inventory audits.
- Perform delivery and collection of products to and from customers, suppliers and external warehouses in a safe and timely manner.
- Coordinate with external warehouses on inventory movement.
- Perform other ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N-Level, O-Level or equivalent.
- Valid Class 3 driving licence and able to perform delivery duties safely.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations or delivery support will be an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
- Able to support loading and unloading duties with proper handling methods when required.
- Forklift licence will be an advantage.
