Safely load and upload goods from vehicles using appropriate equipment.
Ensure all incoming and outgoing stocks are properly documented.
Organized stock for easy access, regularly conducting checks and updating inventory systems.
Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the Superior to support overall departmental goals and objectives.
Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate stock records.
Identify areas for improvement in warehouse processes, implement efficiency measures, and optimize workflows to enhance productivity.
Ensure the quality of goods received, stored, and shipped, and implement quality control procedures where necessary.
Enforce safety protocols, train staff on safety procedures, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse/logistics facility.
Back up as delivery driver and HOD duties when required.
Any other tasks assigned by Management.
Requirements:
At least 2 years experience in warehouse operations
Possessing Class 3 driving license preferred
Proficient in computer skills ie. MS Office, Excel
Ability to operate electrical stackers and other warehouse equipment.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (15 to 20kg)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
Good communication, teamwork and organizational skills
