We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Assistant cum Delivery to support daily warehouse operations and deliveries to hospitals.
Job Scope
- Prepare and pack surgical instruments and medical items for hospital procedures
- Coordinate and perform deliveries and collections to hospitals and customers
- Receive, check and store incoming goods
- Perform stock counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Track items issued to hospitals and ensure proper return
- Coordinate and prepare items for repair and maintenance (including packing and shipment)
- Maintain cleanliness and perform housekeeping duties in the warehouse
- Assist with other warehouse and operational duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O Level, ITE Certificate or equivalent
- Possess valid Class 3 driving licence (preferred). Candidates with own motorcycle for delivery duties are welcome to apply
- 1-2 years warehouse or delivery experience preferred (training provided for entry-level candidates)
- Basic Microsoft Office (Excel) knowledge
- Organized and responsible
- Reliable with consistent attendance
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work outside normal hours, including early mornings or weekends when required
