Job Description
- Issue parts to workshop staff and external customers.
- Received in-coming parts from BYD HQ.
- Do parts stock-in in Inventory system.
- Parts bin-in to correct parts locations.
- Do parts stock-out in inventory system.
- Maintaining proper Inventory System and records.
- Do half-yearly stock count/audit.
- Maintain proper 5S housekeeping in warehouse.
- Received orders and prepare parts/masks deliveries to customers.
- Answering all parts enquiries from customers.
Work Experience and requirement:
- Secondary education is welcomed
- Candidate must has at least 2 years warehouse & inventory experience
- Candidate is required to liaise with BYD HQ in China
- Possess computer literacy skills and forklift license is an advantage
