Warehouse Assistant (Avionics)

Responsibilities:

• Checking of physical qty and general packaging condition for new incoming

• System Receiving (GR) and transfer items for CTE Inspection (APU parts only or per instruction from SAP)

• Raise NCR for any discrepancy (related to PO qty / rev / part number) against system info to SCM team if not resolved within stipulated grace period.

• Binning of CTE accepted items / ARU new parts / Sub-con Repaired Serviceable to designated Storage area

• Picking, Kitting & Issuing of parts requested via Work Orders / Manufacturing Orders

• Consumable Kitting via Kanban Card

• Processing of Exchange Requests from Workshop / Production & Scrap Request

• Inventory Management (e.g. Inventory Storage 5S, Cycle-count, Expiring component management, Support Inventory Audit, etc)

Requirements :

• GCE N or O Level, ITE or Diploma equivalent

• Preferably possess some Warehousing or Store experience.

• Basic Computer skills (e.g. Internet surfing, email, etc)

Other information:

• Working Location: Changi

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

• Company shuttle bus is provided at designated MRT stations

• This is a 1 Year contract position, extendable based on business requirements
