Job Title:
Warehouse Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure efficient production planning, and maintain high standards of inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience managing warehouse teams, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a strong hands-on approach to warehouse activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production & Manpower Planning
. Plan and allocate resources to ensure smooth daily warehouse and production operations.
. Manage workforce scheduling to meet operational needs.
2. Operations & Handling
. Supervise and participate in hands-on activities such as packing, loading, unloading, and handling of goods.
. Ensure goods are stored, labeled, and handled according to company standards.
3. Inventory Management
. Maintain accuracy of stock records and inventory levels.
. Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits to ensure proper accountability.
4. Team Supervision & Leadership
. Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.
. Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and operational procedures.
5. Continuous Improvement
. Work closely with management to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
. Identify and resolve operational challenges in a timely manner.
Requirements:
. Min. 10 years of experience in warehouse operations and supervising a team of workers.
. Strong leadership and communication skills to liaise effectively with management and staff.
. Possess a valid Forklift License.
. Minimum GCE A Level or Diploma in any discipline.
. Hardworking, responsible, and able to work under pressure with a positive working attitude.
