Warehouse & E-Commerce Operations Executive
Job Summary
This role focuses on executing daily warehouse operations and e-commerce order fulfilment. You will handle order processing, coordinate picking and packing, manage inventory, and support warehouse activities, especially during peak periods.
Responsibilities
- Process daily e-commerce orders accurately and on time across platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon
- Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure efficient picking, packing, and dispatch of orders
- Assist physically in packing small parcels during peak periods to maintain fulfilment speed
- Support daily warehouse operations by sorting, labeling, and organizing stock for easy access
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment to support smooth operations
- Conduct stock checks and track inventory to ensure stock accuracy and proper handling of goods
- Assist in stock take and investigate discrepancies to maintain inventory integrity
- Update operational reports on orders and stock movement to provide accurate data for the team
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order or stock issues promptly
- Perform basic data entry and system updates to support operational workflows
Required competencies and certifications
- 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, e-commerce fulfilment, or logistics
- Physical fitness to support hands-on warehouse tasks and packing during peak periods
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiar with navigating across the worksheets
- Basic working proficiency in English for effective communication
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent relevant experience
- Having prior experience in using ERP systems will be a plus
