Job Description:
- Process customer's order after receiving order requests
- Co-ordinate with customer on incoming cargo GRN
- Arrange forwarders to pickup cargo once shipment is done
- Prepare monthly reports for billing
- Update cargo data & location into system
- Process customer return order
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned when required
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O-level with 1 year of admin. experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good communication skills
- Independent and able to work well with minimum supervision
Working Hour: 8.30am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)
