Basic information:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
• Basic up to $2,800
• Location: Kranji
• AWB + PB

Job scope:

• Perform daily operational and administrative duties to ensure smooth business operations.
• Attend to customer enquiries and provide timely support in resolving issues and concerns.
• Liaise with customers on booking arrangements, shipment coordination, and operational matters.
• Prepare and manage documentation related to drivers and logistics operations.
• Process job entries and maintain accurate booking records and schedules.
• Ensure proper filing, record keeping, and document organization.
• Respond to customer feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the immediate superior.
