Contact customers regarding stock availability and delivery arrangements as needed
Inventory Application
Utilize the inventory application for daily order processing, including : incoming goods receiving notes, Delivery notes, Picklists, Stock queries, Ensure Data is recorded and filed accurately
Delivery Jobs Assignment
Assign orders to drivers using the Fleet Management Application.
Monitor delivery status and ensure timely completion of jobs
Communicate with drivers who are prompted for late deliveries and resolve issues promptly
Consolidate Documents
Consolidate and organize documents for submission to the office for billing, including: Delivery notes+Invoices, Customer-specific document requiring signatures during the delivery process
Update Billing information
Update each customer's account with work done for the month to facilitate accurate billing by the office
Communicate with the office regarding any changes or ad hoc project bulling information.
