Preferably with at least N, O and Nitec or above Candidates OR with one year of experience in similar role.
Specific Responsibilities
(Candidate will normally be assigned to only some of the following activities)
. Oversee the day-to-day management of customer requirements.
. Coordinate order process, inventory, and delivery scheduling.
. Manage service complaints and provide solutions in a professional manner
. Perform billing tasks, including invoicing and data entry.
. Liaise with suppliers and transport partners for a smooth flow of goods
. Handle escalations related to stock discrepancies, delays, or damages
. Coordinate with the delivery team and partners to ensure that all scheduled deliveries are fulfilled on time.
. Manage Incoming and Outgoing items. Reflect movement on in-house systems
. Update and Manage Documentation
