Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Create local Delivery pick-slip & Shipping mark.
  • Create cases in Salesforce for any issues related to receiving discrepancies or goods movement.
  • Conduct Goods Receipt in SAP for White Oil bulk deliveries, ensuring the batch number, shipping details, and quantity match system records.
  • Coordinate with import agents to monitor and ensure timely arrival of raw materials and bulk goods for production.
  • Received sample from supplier and inform customer service for collection and sign off on the record book.
  • Receive Regional planning group email advised to perform SAP system stock transfer and reply.
  • To raise write-off form for approval & perform SAP transaction to write-off from system & filing for auditing.
  • Liaise with warehouse team to pick & pack and good ready at the staging area.
  • Upon good collection to perform PGI promptly by end of each day
  • To perform good receipt into SAP system and make sure Product, pack-size, qty and batch number is tally to system.
  • Receiving Benkel loading Summary to verify every DO according for next day collection and input total weight and Laden weight of each truck.
  • Import [FCL/LCL] Coordinate with warehouse & PP team Update whiteboard for incoming container/tank Print tally sheet, checklist, AWB & COA for warehouse for unstuffing Email unstuffing photos to forwarder to truck out container
  • Create [Internal-External Corrective Action Report] if goods received damages/dented etc perform SAP system GR.
  • Perform GR for all goods received Create IBD for LUR goods received + perform GR.
  • 3rd party transfer Create tally sheet for pickup/delivery from/to Bertschi & Teehai Email forwarder for transport arrangement Perform transfer on SAP once physical transfer done.
  • Inspection for import iso-tank tank condition and ensure import tank coming in good condition.
  • Logistics back-up each other when away from office.
  • Any other duties as assign by the Logistics Manager

Job Requirements:

Education: O level or related to warehouse and logistic would be advantage

Experience: At least 1 years experiences in warehouse/logistics area

Knowledge of SAP R3 system will be preferred

  • Proficient in MS office, especially Excel.
  • Sound knowledge of warehouse/logistics operations and the international trading business.
  • Customer-driven, service-oriented.
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Keen interest to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Work with passion and accountability.
