Warehouse Admin (Night shift) 7PM-7AM

Work Location : 6 Tampines Industrial Avenue 5 Singapore 528760

Working hours: 4-3-3-4, 12hrs night shift (7pm to 7am)

Job Responsibilities:

. Focal point for all shipment inquiries (Inbound, Outbound & MRB).

. Internal co-ordination to ensure order fulfillment.

. Order generation in SAP & WMS.

. Oversee documentation flow and record retention.

. Consolidate requirements for operating consumables.

. Timely delivery of accurate reports and information to counterpart and the warehouse in charge

. Compliance with RBA

Requirements:

. Min O Level

. Minimum 1 year of relevant experiences

. Hands-on experience and knowledge in warehouse management system and order fulfillment.

. Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel

. Microsoft - Word, & Excel, Customer Service Skills, Communication & Interpersonal Skills, QC Tools & PDCA.

. Team player, meticulous, customer-focused, dedicated

. Good written & spoken communication skills
