Job Description

  • Location: Tuas (Company transport: from Boon Lay, Chinese Garden, Lakeside and Yew Tee MRT)
  • Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8.15am - 5.30pm
  • Salary: Up to $2.7k + AWS + VB


Job Description:

  • Support daily store administrative operations including the preparation of local purchase orders, transfer order receiving, goods receiving, generate pick list etc
  • Manage inventory control processes and stock adjustment
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of the WMS Answer calls from internal parties regarding their inquiries
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports and emails

Requirements:

  • Minimum O level with at least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and organized,with sense of initiative and able to work under minimal supervision
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
