Responsible for coordinating the daily warehouse activities for the assigned scope safely and efficiently. Ensure that all customers requirements are met and that their satisfaction level is achieved.
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the company's warehouse management system (WMS).
- Monitor stock levels, anticipate shortages, and coordinate replenishment as needed.
Order Fulfilment
- Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Address any discrepancies or issues related to order fulfilment and resolve them promptly.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure products are properly packaged and labeled.
- Liaise with Customer Service and Support teams and provide progress updates to customers arrange for inbound and outbound shipments check and ensure proper documentation is in place as per local regulatory requirements (i.e. packing list, BOL etc.).
Quality Assurance
- Inspect and validate stocks (SKUs, colour, size, quantity, defects etc.) against customers orders.
- Generate supporting documents for non-compliance for follow-up actions.
Operational Compliance
- Ensure workplace safety standards and protocols are adhered to to create a safe working environment for all.
- Complete all mandatory training in relation to workplace safety (e.g. 5S).
- Adhere to corporate social responsibility policies for logistics operations.
- Collaborate with other departments/teams to complete day-to-day responsibilities as required.
- Communicate effectively to ensure smooth coordination of tasks and timely order processing.
Job Requirement
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, distribution, or related fields
- Able to perform the Pivot function in Excel
