Ensuring continuous creative improvement for the cycle count process through problem identification and problem analysis.
Monitor and improve productivity of cycle count team
Improve inventory accuracy and identify cause of errors in consumable and seller inventory stock accuracy
Deliver inventory (cycle count) performance to align with plan and finance standard
Manage cycle count plan in WMS to align with Regional plan
Monitor Expired, Aging and non-moving stock in inventory.
Managed inventory write off stock to align with finance and auditor standard
Prepare weekly reports such as damage, aging, expired, inventory on hand, etc.
Deliver strong leadership, influencing and collaboration skills in working with the senior business teams on the strategy and execution of operational plans for the benefit of the company and long-term business success
To perform any other duties assigned by Manager
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Logistic management, supply chain or any related field
At least 3-5 years of working experience for Inventory management (e-commerce is highly preferred)
Experience in Inventory Cycle Count will be advantage
Be able to communicate in English
Problem solving skills and Conflict management
Ability to work under deadlines and pressure
Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
