Job Summary

Install and repair wall tiles, ceramic tiles, marble, and other materials following project specifications, ensuring precise measurements, quality workmanship, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Install wall tiles, ceramic tiles, marble, and other materials on walls according to project drawings and specifications
• Measure and cut tiles accurately using hand and power tools to ensure proper fitting and alignment
• Prepare wall surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesives or mortar before tile installation
• Lay tiles in straight and decorative patterns while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards
• Repair and replace damaged tiles during maintenance or renovation projects
• Apply grout and sealants to finish tiled surfaces, enhancing durability and appearance
• Inspect completed work to ensure tiles are level, evenly spaced, and free from defects
• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and other construction workers to complete projects on schedule

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a wall tiler
• Ready for work beyond the working hours
• Ready to work Sunday or public holidays (if necessary)
