The Role:
To work closely with Wards nurses in providing a high standard of personalised food service to the patients/lodger during Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Tea break and also Water Services in accordance with the policies, standards, and guidelines set by Mount Elizabeth Hospital. Also involve in setting up and providing food service for meetings, events and function.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate meal delivery to patients/lodger.
- To provide good F&B service and be attentive to the patient's needs.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- Check all pantry equipment and mise-en-place.
- To immediately report any discrepancies or misconduct within or outside the pantry to the Supervisor.
- Carries out mini bar checks, charges and stock replenishment as instructed by the Senior Butler.
- To assist in any other tasks whenever necessary within the FNB Department.
- Ensure pantry is kept clean and hygienic at all times.
- Adhere to all standards as require by hospital,
- To attend scheduled in-service training and education programs organised by the department.
- Any other duties as assigned by department.
