Roles & Responsibilities:
- Taking drink & food orders and ensure timely serving to customers
- Attend to customers queries and ensure quality customer service
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to tables promptly and accurately, ensuring dishes are presented with care.
- Assist with setting up tables, refilling water glasses, and clearing used dishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for guests.
- Able to handle multiple tables and tasks in an efficient manner
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in F&B industry
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for the restaurant industry
- Able to work on Weekend and Public Holiday
- 5 day work week (inclusive of weekend)
