Waiter/Waitress

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet guests, seat them, present menus, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Order Management: Take accurate drink orders (including ID checks for alcohol) and relay them to the bar.
• Serving: Deliver orders promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation, and check back with guests.
• Transactions: Process payments (cash/card) and manage bills accurately.
