Waiter/Waitress

Main Responsibilities

• 
  
• Sets the tables, take orders and delivers the correct food to the tables.
• Adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
• Replace soiled tableware and service items to prepare the table for the next customers
• Ensure all kitchen ware and crockery is clean and sanitized for safe use in food service.
• Serve food and beverages to ensure all dishes match the order ticket to the corresponding tables
• Replenish inventory at service stations
• Suggest areas for continuous improvement within work area
• Upsell and cross selling where applicable.
• Handles the guest requests and complaints effectively.

Requirements

. Secondary Education

. Good communication skills

. Teamwork spirit display to ensure service standards are met.

. Good Service Orientation

. Attentive and meticulous

. Able to work under pressure to serve customers quickly and efficiently.

. Capable of working well with kitchen staff and ensure customer's requests are met.

. Ability to perform split-shift duties including weekends, and public holidays
