Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers to create a positive first impression
- Take customer orders accurately and make menu recommendations to enhance their dining experience
- Manage phone reservations promptly and professionally
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Address customer feedback constructively to maintain service quality
- Maintain cleanliness of indoor and outdoor restaurant areas to meet hygiene standards
- Prepare tables before service and clean tables promptly after use to ensure readiness for next customers
- Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and maintain high personal hygiene standards
- Perform opening and closing duties to support smooth restaurant operations
- Carry out ad hoc tasks as assigned to support team and operational needs
