We are looking for friendly and service-oriented Waiters / Service Crew to join our team at Flora by the Sea. You will play a key role in delivering a warm and memorable dining experience for our guests in a beautiful seaside environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a positive attitude
- Take orders accurately and serve food & beverages promptly
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set at all times
- Assist guests with menu recommendations
- Handle basic customer enquiries and feedback professionally
- Support daily operations (opening / closing duties)
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Requirements
- No experience required (training provided) / experience is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays
- Basic English (Mandarin is a bonus)
