Supervise daily service operations in a food and beverage setting, guide and train service staff, handle customer enquiries and complaints, assist with order taking and serving, and maintain cleanliness and service standards.

- Supervise and coordinate daily service operations to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
- Guide and train waiters, waitresses, and service crew to deliver consistent, high-quality service
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer enquiries and complaints to maintain positive guest experiences
- Assist in taking customer orders accurately and serve food and drinks efficiently
- Arrange tables to optimize dining area layout and guest comfort
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards in all service areas
- Adapt to work schedules including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts
