Job Description

  • Supervise daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, train, and guide waiters/waitresses on service standards, customer handling, and workflow.
  • Allocate daily duties, manage staff schedules, and ensure adequate manpower during peak hours.
  • Greet customers, handle reservations, and manage seating arrangements.
  • Ensure all customer orders are taken accurately and served promptly.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions professionally.
  • Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow.
  • Monitor dining area cleanliness, table setup, and overall restaurant presentation.
  • Conduct regular briefings and on-the-job training for new staff.
  • Assist in inventory checks, ordering supplies, and ensuring stock availability.
  • Maintain compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations.
