Job Description

Supervise daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Lead, train, and guide waiters/waitresses on service standards, customer handling, and workflow.
Allocate daily duties, manage staff schedules, and ensure adequate manpower during peak hours.
Greet customers, handle reservations, and manage seating arrangements.
Ensure all customer orders are taken accurately and served promptly.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions professionally.
Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow.
Monitor dining area cleanliness, table setup, and overall restaurant presentation.
Conduct regular briefings and on-the-job training for new staff.
Assist in inventory checks, ordering supplies, and ensuring stock availability.
Maintain compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations.
