Job Summary
We are seeking a Waiter Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant service operations, ensure smooth customer service delivery, support staff coordination, and maintain service quality standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front-of-house restaurant operations and service activities
- Coordinate and guide service staff to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve service-related issues professionally
- Monitor service quality and maintain company standards
- Assist with staff scheduling and daily task allocation when required
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
- Support inventory monitoring and reporting of operational needs
- Train and guide team members on service procedures and company standards
- Work closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure efficient operations
- Support shift operations, including weekends and public holidays when required
Preferred Competencies and Qualifications
- Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Able to work independently and as part of a team
