Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary
We are seeking a Waiter Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant service operations, ensure smooth customer service delivery, support staff coordination, and maintain service quality standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily front-of-house restaurant operations and service activities
  • Coordinate and guide service staff to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve service-related issues professionally
  • Monitor service quality and maintain company standards
  • Assist with staff scheduling and daily task allocation when required
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
  • Support inventory monitoring and reporting of operational needs
  • Train and guide team members on service procedures and company standards
  • Work closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure efficient operations
  • Support shift operations, including weekends and public holidays when required

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications

  • Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
