Restaurant Waiter / Waitress (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Job Summary

The Restaurant Waiter/Waitress is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by providing a welcoming dining experience, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages efficiently, and maintaining cleanliness within the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Prepare and set up dining tables before service.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve minor service issues.
• Process customer payments accurately.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Maintain food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

Requirements

• Previous F&B experience is an advantage but not required.
• Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a willingness to learn.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
