About The Yard Singapore: The Yard Singapore is the premier sports and recreational provider dedicated to providing high-quality gymnastics training programs for children of all ages and skill levels. Our mission is to inspire and empower young athletes to achieve their full potential in a fun and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive gymnastics training programs for athletes of varying ages and skill levels within our schools environment.
  • Provide hands-on instruction and guidance to gymnasts during training sessions, focusing on skill development, technique, and safety.
  • Plan and organize gymnastics competitions, exhibitions, and other events to showcase athletes progress and achievements within our schools.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise assistant coaches and support staff to ensure the effective operation of the gymnastics program.
  • Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to communicate program goals, expectations, and progress updates.
  • Maintain a safe and clean training environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Stay current with trends and developments in the field of gymnastics coaching, attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of [5 years] of experience coaching gymnastics .
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes and coaching staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with athletes, parents, and staff members.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety, sportsmanship, and ethical conduct.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by the gymnastics program schedule.
  • Prior experience organizing and managing gymnastics events and competitions is preferred.
