Job Summary
We are looking for Wafer Fab / Equipment Technicians to support semiconductor manufacturing operations through Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to cleanroom environments and is suitable for both experienced technicians and fresh graduates.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Corrective Maintenance (CM) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) on equipment
- Collect PM/CM kits and ad-hoc parts from stores and receiving centers (multiple runs as required)
- Send faulty parts for external servicing and receive repaired parts from designated stores (F10A / F10N / F10X)
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and module bays before and after maintenance activities
- Conduct 6S TPM audits and report work area conditions at the end of each shift
- Collaborate closely with shift team members and maintain regular communication with supervisors
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, use appropriate PPE, and ensure proper disposal of faulty parts and hazardous materials
- Work in a cleanroom environment and comply with all cleanroom protocols
Qualifications & Requirements
- ITE qualification in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Electronics
- Ability to read and interpret electrical circuits and gas pipe diagrams
- Experience in mechanical/electrical PM & CM (03 years preferred)
- Fresh graduates are welcome; on-the-job training will be provided
- Strong teamwork skills, good communication, and a willingness to learn
Work Schedule
- Compressed 12-hour shifts
- Sunday to Tuesday, plus alternating Wednesdays
