Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition specialist to join our Private Bank Talent Acquisition (TA) team. This role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of top-tier talent, ensuring we attract and hire the best professionals to support the growth and success of our Private Banking division.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers within the Private Bank to understand their talent needs, business objectives, and key requirements for open roles.
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies, leveraging various sourcing channels including direct sourcing, professional networks, job boards, and industry events to attract high-calibre candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, experience, cultural fit, and alignment with UOB's values.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles within the Private Bank.
- Utilize and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate management, data accuracy, and reporting.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position UOB as an employer of choice within the private banking sector.
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as required.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of proven talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years specifically recruiting for Private Banking or Wealth Management roles within a financial institution.
- Strong understanding of the private banking industry, including market trends, regulatory landscape, and key roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in direct sourcing techniques and strategies for executive and specialized roles.
- Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
- Results-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality talent.
