As part of this growth, the firm is hiring a VP / SVP Senior Credit Analyst to support lending and financing activity across multiple sectors and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Play a key role in assessing and supporting new lending and financing opportunities.
- Partner closely with business teams to shape deals, from early discussions through to execution.
- Review financial information and develop a clear understanding of borrower performance and risk.
- Contribute to the structuring of tailored financing solutions, including secured and bespoke transactions.
- Support a varied portfolio spanning multiple industries, with regional and cross-border exposure.
- Participate in internal discussions around deal approvals and risk decisions.
- Coach and guide junior team members, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in credit, lending, or related roles.
- Comfortable working with financial statements and core accounting concepts.
- Experience being directly involved in shaping and structuring deals, not just reviewing them.
- Broad sector exposure, either as a generalist or specialist with multi-industry experience.
- Exposure to tailored or collateralised financing solutions.
- Regional or cross-border experience is an advantage.
- Some people leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience.
- Bachelor's degree required; professional qualifications preferred.
