• Manage assigned client portfolios by identifying, evaluating, and monitoring business risks in alignment with institutional risk frameworks.
• Prepare credit applications, perform financial modelling, and coordinate approval processes for facility modifications, covenant reviews, and structural deal updates.
• Execute thorough credit risk assessments, financial spreading, rating evaluations, and loan classifications for large corporate accounts.
• Monitor deal terms, conduct testing on financial covenants, and oversee collateral management activities to maintain data quality.
• Participate in operational risk monitoring, manage early warning indicators, and serve as a main point of contact for internal and external audit reviews.

skills and experience required.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance, Economics or related field
• 8+ years of experience in credit analysis and risk management.
• Solid background in assessing complex corporate financial transactions, including acquisition and project financing.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial spreading and loan portfolio monitoring.
